RECKLI is a world leader in the design and manufacture of elastic formliners and 

moulds and liquid rubbers for the production of such formliners and moulds. 

Formliners 

For texturing the exposed face of concrete surfaces, the use of elastic RECKLI formliners 

has since attained a high degree of acceptance in terms of quality and economic 

efficiency. The elasticity of the formliners makes removal from the mould possible 

without any breakage either to the concrete or the mould. This system gives architects, 

planners and property developers the freedom in being able to realize almost 

any requirements in designing. 

Since 1968, we have the experience with elastic formliners and competence in all 

questions about textured and exposed concrete. Many millions of m 2 are the proof of 

this. All our products are produced in Germany. 

Our catalogue contains over 220 different patterns. We supply the formliners in various 

degrees of reusability. We have three classifications that we label with a series and a letter. 

The following classifications have the following meanings: 

C Series = 100 uses, A Series = 50 uses, E Series = 10 uses

We can only guarantee the stated figures concerning the amount of uses provided that the 

auxiliary materials such as separating agents, adhesives and repair spatulas that are specially 

tailored to the plastic of the formliners are also used. 

Due to manufacturing-related and structural reasons, not all designs can be supplied in all 

3 series. There are also limits with regard to the dimensions. Infor mation concerning which 

structure can be manufactured in which series as well as the maximum dimension are noted 

underneath the structure images. 

Based upon the varying surface conditions of the formliners, it may be the case that colour 

differences may occur in the visible concrete surface in the event that varying series are 

combined with one another. 

Formliners with prefix code 2/.. can be frequently manufactured in all 3 reusability classes. 

The formliners with prefix code 1/.. are only regularly supplied in A and E series. 

We also have available RECKLI-One-Timer formliners. Please ask for our separate catalogue. 

The measurements shown in this catalogue are average values. Due to unavoidable 

deviations we ask you to attend to the chapter “Measurements and Tolerances” in our 

main catalogue.

Beside this large range, we can also manufacture special moulds and formliners to the 

customer’s own designs. The master patterns and the elastic moulds are often made 

in our own factory. 

Liquid Elastomers 

However, we do not only supply the finished moulds but also offer the liquid RECKLI 

Elastomers for the customer´s own manufacture of moulds. 

For this application we offer two types of elastomers: 

Silicone Elastomers (SI) and Polyurethane Elastomers (PUR). 

A polyurethane elastomer is better for concrete castings as the resistance shown 

towards concrete is higher. Four different degrees of elasticity of our PUR-Elastomers 

cover almost all requirements of the use of a formliner. 90 % of all applications are realized 

with a medium elasticity of Shore A 55. 

Accessories 

So that a high standard of surface quality for the exposed-face concrete is attained, 

processing can use such proven RECKLI accessory products as formliner adhesives, 

release agents, stop-off pastes, cleaning agents and special blades.

und -formen zur Gestaltung von Betonsichtflächen und Lieferant flüssiger Elastomere 

zur Eigenherstellung solcher Matrizen und Formen. 


Zur Texturierung von Sichtbetonflächen hat der Einsatz von elastischen Matrizen 

sowohl qualitativ als auch unter Wirtschaftlichkeitsaspekten höchste Akzeptanz 

erreicht. Die Elastizität der Matrizen ermöglicht ein absolut bruchfreies Entschalen des 

Betons selbst bei komplizierten und filigranen Strukturen. Dieses System lässt 

Architekten, Planern und Bauherren die größtmögliche Freiheit, nahezu allen 

Gestaltungsanforderungen gerecht zu werden. 

Seit 1968 verfügen wir über Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Anwendung elastischer 

Matrizen und somit über die Kompetenz in der Beantwortung aller Fragen rund um das 

Thema Strukturbeton. Viele Millionen m 2 stellen dies unter Beweis. 

Unsere Lieferpalette umfasst 220 Standard-Designs. Wir liefern die Matrizen in unterschiedlichen 

Wiederverwendungsstufen. Wir unterscheiden drei Abstufungen, die wir 

mit Serien und einem Buchstaben bezeichnen. 

Dabei bedeuten: 

Serie C = 100 Einsätze, Serie A = 50 Einsätze, Serie E = 10 Einsätze

Die angegebenen Einsatzzahlen garantieren wir nur, wenn auch die auf den Kunststoff 

der Matrizen abgestimmten Zu behörmaterialien wie Trennmittel, Kle ber, Repara tur - 

spachtel verwendet werden. 

Nicht alle Designs können fertigungstechnisch und strukturbedingt in allen 3 Serien 

geliefert werden. Auch bei den Abmessungen gibt es Begrenzungen. Welche Struktur 

in welcher Serie und in welcher maximalen Abmessung gefertigt werden kann, ist 

unter den Bildern der Strukturen vermerkt. 

Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Be schaffen heit der Matrizenoberflächen kann es zu 

Farbunterschieden in der Betonsichtfläche kommen, wenn unterschiedliche Serien 

miteinander kombiniert werden. 

Die Matrizen mit der Leitziffer 2/.. können vielfach in allen 3 Wiederver wendungs stufen 

gefertigt werden. Die Matrizen mit der Leitziffer 1/.. dagegen, werden regelmäßig nur in 

den Serien A und E geliefert. 

Für den nur einmaligen Einsatz von Ma trizen bieten wir RECKLI-1x-Schalungen an. 

Fragen Sie bitte nach unserem separaten Katalog. 

Bei den Maßangaben in diesem Katalog handelt sich um Zirka-Abmessungen. Wegen 

unumgänglicher Abweichungen bitten wir Sie, das Kapitel ,,Maße und Toleranzen“ in 

unserem Hauptkatalog zu beachten. 

Neben unseren Standardstrukturen realisieren wir auch Sonderanfertigungen nach 

den individuellen Wünschen unserer Kunden in unserer eigenen Modell- und Formen - 

bauabteilung. 

2/90 Travertin 

Flüssig-Elastomere 

Für die Eigen her stellung von Matrizen und Formen liefern wir die notwendigen flüssigen 

Elastomere und bieten 2 Grundtypen an: 

Silikon-Elastomere (SI) und Polyurethan-Elastomere (PUR). 

Für den Betonbau eignen sich Matrizen aus RECKLI-PUR-Elastomeren besser als 

Matrizen aus Silikon-Elastomer, weil Polyurethane gegenüber Beton widerstandsfähiger 

sind. Mit 4 unterschiedlichen Härtegraden der PUR-Elastomere lassen sich nahezu 

alle Anforderungen an die Funktionsfähigkeit der Matrizen abdecken, wobei 

ohnehin ca. 90 % aller Anwendungen mit einer mittleren Shore-Härte von ca. A 55 verwirklicht 

werden können. 

Zubehörprodukte 

Für die Eigenanfertigung und auch den Einsatz der Standard- und Individual-Matrizen 

bieten wir Zubehörmaterialien zur Komplettierung eines umfassenden Funk - 

tionspaketes an: Trennmittel, Kleber, Absperrpasten, Reinigungsmittel und Werkzeuge. 

Ausführliche Technische Merkblätter und Arbeitsanleitungen stehen Ihnen genauso

Matrices de coffrage 

L’utilisation de peaux de coffrage élastiques pour la réalisation de parements texturés 

répond désormais aux plus hauts degrés d’exigence en termes de qualité et de rentabilité. 

L’élasticité des matrices rend le démoulage possible sans aucun dommage 

pour le béton ou le moule. Ce système offre aux architectes, entreprises et promoteurs 

la liberté de réaliser n’importe quel motif. 

Depuis 1968 nous avons acquis une expérience et une compétence reconnues dans 

le domaine des matrices structurées pour répondre à toutes les questions concernant 

le béton structuré et architectonique. Des millions de m 2 de béton structuré en sont la 

preuve. Tous nos produits sont fabriqués en Allemagne. 

Notre catalogue comprend 220 motifs standards. Les matrices que nous livrons sont disponibles 

avec des niveaux de réemploi différents. Ainsi, nous distinguons trois catégories, 

qui sont désignées par une série et une lettre. 




Ces catégories sont les suivantes : 

Série C = 100 emplois, Série A = 50 emplois, Série E = 10 emplois 

Les nombres d’emplois indiqués ne peuvent être garantis que si les accessoires utilisés, 

comme les agents de décoffrage, colles et mastics de réparation, sont adaptés à la matière 

plastique de la matrice. 

En raison de la technique de fabrication et de leurs structures, tous les motifs ne sont pas 

disponibles dans toutes les 3 séries. Il existe également des restrictions au niveau des 

dimensions. Les séries et dimensions maximales d’une structure sont mentionnées en dessous 

de l'image correspondante. 

Les différences au niveau des surfaces des matrices peuvent entraîner des écarts de teinte 

sur les parements en béton lorsque des séries différentes sont combinées entre elles. 

De nombreuses matrices de type 2/.. sont disponibles avec tous les 3 niveaux de réemploi. 

Les matrices de type 1/.., par contre, ne sont généralement livrées que dans les séries A 

et E. 

Pour des projets ne permettant qu’un emploi unique des matrices, nous disposons d’une 

gamme particulière: Matrices 1 emploi RECKLI. Le catalogue spécifique est disponible sur 

demande. 

Les dimensions indiquées dans ce catalogue sont des cotes moyennes. A cause des 

tolérances inévitables nous vous demandons de lire le chapitre “Dimensons et 

Tolérances” dans notre catalogue principale. 




Les tendances architecturales étant en constante évolution, RECKLI est à même 

répondre aux inspirations créatives les plus vastes. Les modèles originaux nécessaires 

à la fabrication des moules souples sont fréquemment réalisés dans nos ateliers 

sur base de vos croquis, plans ou fichiers informatiques. 

Elastomères liquides 

Aussi, nous ne nous contentons pas de livrer des moules prêts à l’emploi, nous fournissons 

également nos résines élastomères pour la fabrication des moules par soimême. 

Pour cette application nous proposons deux types d’élastomères différents: 

Elastomères de silicones 

Elastomères de polyuréthannes 

La résistance du polyuréthanne aux constituants du ciment le destine particulièrement 

au moulage des bétons. Avec 4 degrés d‘élasticité nous couvrons pratiquement toutes 

les exigences d’utilisation d´une matrice. En général 90% des applications peuvent 

être réalisées avec une élasticité moyenne du Shore A 55.

Pour assurer une très haute qualité de parement, nous recommandons d´utiliser les 

accessoires de la gamme RECKLI: la colle pour matrices, les démoulants etc. Notre 

service est à votre disposition pour vous offrir une solution qui correspond à vos
