1. Introduction<br />

This document will guide you how to submit a request for issuing <strong>Good</strong> <strong>Standing</strong><br />

<strong>Certificate</strong>.<br />

Following are general notes which you need to know and under stand before using the<br />

system<br />

Note:<br />

• In all forms * means mandatory field<br />

• While using the system and filling any application, detailed error messages (in red) will be<br />

shown if required explaining the error for you and the solution<br />

• All your tasks for any process will be listed under Pending Actions section in the Home Page<br />

• Payment process is done through <strong>Dubai</strong> eGovernment ePay Gateway<br />

4.1. Submit Invoke <strong>Good</strong> <strong>Standing</strong> <strong>Certificate</strong> request<br />

Step1: From Professional Home Page Click [<strong>Good</strong> <strong>Standing</strong> <strong>Certificate</strong>] link<br />

Step2: Click [Add] button to select the facility<br />

Step2: Write searching key word in [Search] text field >Click [Search] button to list<br />

your facilities(s) > Click [Select] link to select required facility> Click [Submit]<br />

Step3: Select is your request Urgent or Not<br />

Note:<br />

Urgent request has a different fee than the normal one<br />

Step4: Write your comments if you have any > Click [Submit] button<br />

Step5: Once complete the process successfully a reference number will be generated<br />

for your request<br />

Step1: Go to your inbox<br />

Step2: Click [Open]<br />

Step3: View your payment details >Click [Pay]<br />

Step3: Check your transaction details >Click [Print Receipt]<br />
