The above information must be considered as provisional advance information to assist the bidder. 9.0 Program of Works under Project: The Pre-Qualification process is common for all the bidders. The Pre-Qualification document will be opened by PMC in presence of committee members and submitted to the screening committee. The screening committee will be final authority in this regard. The committee's decision will be conveyed to Contractors, Those bidders who are Pre- Qualified shall be informed by R.P.A.D. Post / e-mail / Fax. All bidders have to make the payment of fees of Rs. 3,600/- towards the cost of documents. The Price Bid of those bidders who pre-qualify in prequalification shall be opened on the informed date and time to the bidders. Moreover the same shall be opened on-line by the Concerned officer at the office of Tribal Development Department, Gandhinagar in the presence of Pre-Qualified bidder or their authorized representatives. All rights are reserved with the Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat for deciding Pre Qualification of bidders and regarding acceptance of the price bids also. No claim on this account will be entertained.
