Professor Hevert specializes in long-term strategic capital investment decisions, and has a<br />
particular interest in the application of option pricing models to real-asset acquisition decisions.<br />
She also studies the long-term performance effects of serial acquisition strategies.<br />
Dr. Hevert designs and conducts executive education programs in basic corporate finance,<br />
capital investment decisions, real options, and other related topics for clients including General<br />
Electric, Johnson & Johnson, U.S. Steel, Infineon Technologies, EMC and many others. In<br />
addition, she works with a variety of firms on related special projects.<br />
