Kathy Hevert
Professor Hevert specializes in long-term strategic capital investment decisions, and has a
particular interest in the application of option pricing models to real-asset acquisition decisions.
She also studies the long-term performance effects of serial acquisition strategies.
Dr. Hevert designs and conducts executive education programs in basic corporate finance,
capital investment decisions, real options, and other related topics for clients including General
Electric, Johnson & Johnson, U.S. Steel, Infineon Technologies, EMC and many others. In
addition, she works with a variety of firms on related special projects.
