Command Arms (CAA) thanks everyone for another successful year. In 2011, we brought new 

products to the market, expanded our production capacity and added new lines of innovative 

products. In 2012, we look forward to another exciting year, where we will be introducing a series of 

new products, taking CAA into new directions.

provide rock solid platforms for optics and other accessories. We are introducing a new, stronger 

magazine coupler for aluminum AR15/M16 magazines (MC16N) that makes magazine changes 

faster. Shooters will now have quicker target acquisition and a more comfortable cheek weld with our 

new CBSSST1 collapsible stock and stock saddle combination.

XM4S AR Carbine and XM4SD 

Carbine Rail Systems 

Designed to exceed the newest requirements of the 

US Army for improving zero retention/repeatability. 

With a new slimmer profile, CAA’s newest Picatinny 

quad rail improves durability, reliability and maintainability 

while interfacing with all issued weapon system 

components. 

The XM4S achieves superior zero retention and 

repeatability, by having the upper three rail section 

mount underneath the end cap and secured in place 

with a friction fit ledge and roll pins. The receiver 

end of the XM4S is secured to the barrel with a 

barrel nut bracket that is attached to the upper 

three rail section with four captive flathead screws.

The bottom rail also has a friction fit ledge to 

keep it securely mounted to the end cap and 

it secures to the receiver with a retractable 

spring loaded piston and yoke system. 

There are two models, with one requiring delta ring 

removal to provide the most secure retention and

Magazine Coupler

CAA’s new and improved magazine coupler comes 

with small and large removable pouch pulls. The 

pouch pull automatically sets the height of the magazines, 

so they won’t interfere with the ejection port. 

The MC16N’s robust design with thicker walls provides 

more resistance to breakage. Based on the 

proven clamping design, the MC16N now has three 

adjustment screws for additional strength. The 

MC16N joins the CAA family of magazine couplers, 

along with the MCD16 for polymer AR15/M16 30 

round magazines and the traditional MC16 for aluminum

AR15/M16 Hand Guard System with Removable Rails

CAA’s NEW M4S1 M16/AR15 carbine handguard sets the standard for a stable and rigid design by combining interlocking top and bottom 

handguard sections with a bottom rail that can be mounted to the existing sling swivel mount for additional rigidity. M4S1 handguard will not 

move once locked in place, providing repeatable zero. This is the first lightweight polymer handguard designed to withstand the extreme operating 

temperatures of a gas piston system. This extreme heat resistance is achieved by manufacturing the M4S1 from a proprietary heat resistant 

polymer, including heat shields and providing significant upper and lower handguard venting. The M4S1 also works with standard direct gas 

operating systems. The M4S1 includes two interchangeable lower rails of 4” & 1.75” lengths. This allows the operator to quickly change rails 

based on mission need. The two 1.75” side rails are removable if not required. With the side rails attached, there is enough room left on the 

contoured handguard to hold it comfortably. An optional 9” long aluminum top rail attaches to the handguard and flat top rail, providing a super 

stable platform for mounting optics and sights. The M4S1 also includes two mounting points for a pushbutton quick detach sling swivel.
