XM4S AR Carbine and XM4SD
Carbine Rail Systems
Designed to exceed the newest requirements of the
US Army for improving zero retention/repeatability.
With a new slimmer profile, CAA’s newest Picatinny
quad rail improves durability, reliability and maintainability
while interfacing with all issued weapon system
components.
The XM4S achieves superior zero retention and
repeatability, by having the upper three rail section
mount underneath the end cap and secured in place
with a friction fit ledge and roll pins. The receiver
end of the XM4S is secured to the barrel with a
barrel nut bracket that is attached to the upper
three rail section with four captive flathead screws.

The bottom rail also has a friction fit ledge to
keep it securely mounted to the end cap and
it secures to the receiver with a retractable
spring loaded piston and yoke system.
There are two models, with one requiring delta ring
removal to provide the most secure retention and
zero repeatability.
