To ensure BALDWIN equipment continues to perform at peak efficiencies
we recommend you purchase a BALDWIN service package. BALDWIN
service packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of
your operation by letting BALDWIN worry about it, you won’t have to.
Our ‘system check’ recommendations:
• Annually: check operation, condition and operating values,
reporting with recommendations for action
• Every two years: regular maintenance by our service team
to ensure the machinery and equipment we supply keeps on
working at peak performance
• Every five years: regular overhauls, replacing parts to restore
performance to original levels
Repairs: you, as the customer, contact us and tell us when you’d
like us to carry out repairs.
Equipment repair: if one of your machines shuts down, you can
use our 24-hour hotline.
System replacements: BALDWIN can replace your existing system
completely and calibrate the FID driers afterwards as required
(Commercial-Web).
Software adjustments: we can check and optimise your cleaning
system’s wash parameters, for example.
Operator training: new product installation comes with intensive
product and operational training. We also offer individual training
on our products for new staff, on operating them and on innovations.
Parts availability policy: all standard products are available from
stock and we also provide you with all non-standard products.
