We describe the design and implementation of a softwwre library that implements the Brakerski-<br />

Gentry-Vaikuntanathan (BGV) homomorphic encryption scheme, along with many optimizations<br />

to make homomorphic evaluation run faster, focusing mostly on effective use of the Smart-<br />

Vercauteren ciphertext packing techniques. Our library is written in C++ and uses the NTL<br />

mathematical library.<br />

Jacob Haven and Dan Boneh.<br />

We describe in a Viewgraph format, the scale-invariant leveled fully homomorphic encryption<br />

scheme. With this scheme we are able to use batching and CRT-based message encoding to<br />

perform large scale statistical analysis on millions of data points and data of moderate dimension.<br />

The chart progresses through; the motivation, the approach, the theory of computation on large<br />

integers, the Client side and Server sides of the Homomorphic Encryption Schemes, Experimental<br />

Timing Results and Conclusions.<br />
