The chapter, along with South Suburban Chapter #23, had a<br />
booth at the 3rd Annual Turkish Festival, Sept. 14-17, 2005, at<br />
Daley Plaza in Chicago.<br />
Our chapter continues to work very closely with the <strong>Korean</strong><br />
community and with the <strong>Korean</strong> Counsel General’s office in<br />
Atlanta. Members recently attended a luncheon at Georgia Tech<br />
at which Ambassador Marion Creekmore spoke about his book<br />
on President Jimmy Carter’s historic 1944 trip to North Korea<br />
and his meeting with former “Great Leader” Kim II Sung.<br />
