Plug and play system of dynamic floating and amphibious functions in combination with static functions on stilts.<br />
A floating quay with inside the necessary infrastructure of sewage water and Electricity is placed at the waterfront of the<br />
Khlong. Houses, functions and Dutch innovations for water, energy, sanitation etc. are connected to this street.

When a Klongs is selected by the NHA the maximum possible width of the system of streets and functions is determined. This<br />
can differ from 7,5 meters up to 15 meters beyond the waterfront. When the program of demands with functions and<br />
scenarios are determined the masterplan is projected over the location. The functions and houses will be docked according<br />
to the program.

During floods the street will move up and down with the fluctuation of the water while all the essential services are kept dry.<br />
During maintenance of the canals , the houses and functions can be plugged out and moved temporarily to another docking<br />
spot along the street. This plug and play system will be based on existing Dutch technology for connecting floating functions<br />
to the grid. Building for change. When needs change, new functions can be brought in and existing functions can be relocated<br />
or taken out.
