Albert Mewis, deceased, late of 27, Trafalgar Road, Moseley, in the city of Birmingham, Twine Factor (who died on the 29 th day of July, 1935, and<br />
to whose estate letters of administration were granted out of the Birmingham District Probate Registry on the 17 th day of September 1935), are<br />
