2.3.2 Employer Support for Training
Technicians/Technologists reported that their employers support employee participation in
training in a variety of ways. Of five methods of support canvassed, full or partial tuition
payment/reimbursement, and job release for courses, conferences and training events were
reported to receive employer support by a majority of respondents.
