Installation Procedure<br />
1. Mount motor to bracket and install motor shaft extension on motor shaft.<br />
2. Remove electronics lid from top of oven.<br />
3. Insert motor shaft through ½” clearance hole in top of oven.<br />
a. (Note: some ovens may need this hole drilled.)<br />
4. Center motor shaft in ½” clearance hole. Mark the four holes <strong>for</strong> the mounting bracket. Remove motor and<br />
drill holes with a 1/8” drill bit (cobalt bit). Tap holes with a 6/32” tap.<br />
5. Install motor and secure with 6/32”x 3/8” screws, flat washers and lock washers.<br />
6. Install fan shroud (thermocouple mounted to the rear) around the motor shaft inside the oven using the 6/32 x<br />
3/8" screws, flat washers and lock washers (you may have to drill and tap these holes on older ovens).<br />
7. Install fan blade to motor shaft on the inside of the oven.<br />
8. Relocate the thermocouple to fit in the rear mount of the fan shroud.<br />
9. Install the in line fuse holder next to the 10 terminal power strip (see picture <strong>for</strong> location wiring diagram).<br />
10. Install wires as per the wiring diagram provided.<br />
