It is an exciting time for Explorer Scouting! It celebrated its 10th birthday this<br />
year and is the fastest growing section in the UK.<br />
Here in Ormskirk, we have over 120 young people taking part in the wide<br />
variety <strong>of</strong> activities our Explorer Units <strong>of</strong>fer every week. From community work<br />
to climbing to international opportunities, they get a chance to try it all.<br />
So that we can continue to see the section grow and build on its successes, we<br />
are now looking for someone to take on the challenge <strong>of</strong> leading Explorer<br />
Scouting in Ormskirk into the future.<br />
If you are good with people and interested in supporting other adults to<br />
ensure we deliver excellent Scouting to our young people, then this could be<br />
the role for you.<br />
We know we have some amazing adults across our District, so if you are<br />
interested or know someone who would be great at this role, then get in<br />
touch.<br />
