capability. Their durable construction and efficient design cools<br />

quickly to maintain milk quality.<br />

<strong>BouMatic</strong> <strong>Plate</strong> <strong>Coolers</strong> are designed with a special internal stainless<br />

steel plate system that requires the fresh milk to “roll” across a<br />

specially designed series of cooling plates. The cooling water is also<br />

subject to this rolling action. This maximizes contact between the<br />

liquids and the plate surfaces providing the most efficient heat transfer.<br />

Total Instant Cooling<br />

<strong>BouMatic</strong> <strong>Plate</strong> <strong>Coolers</strong> can be used with well water and a chilled water<br />

glycol coolant to instantly cool milk to optimum storage temperature of 3°C.<br />

An Efficient Pre-Cooler<br />

<strong>BouMatic</strong> <strong>Plate</strong> <strong>Coolers</strong> will cool milk before it reaches your tank, requiring<br />

less cooling time and less agitation in the bulk milk cooler. This saves energy<br />
