Chbika Sahara Atlantic Project Status • Our offices on site are finished. • All construction permits to develop the marina have been recently obtained (October, <strong>2010</strong>) and works will start before the end of this year. • Allotment permit for the whole project expected in December, <strong>2010</strong>. • All the earthworks /excavations for the marina & the marina town will start in 2011. • We expect the first hotel to become operational during 2013. 30
