Standard Plates
Thickness: 0.55mm
Dedicated Rotation Plates
• Locking and standard versions.
• Use with 1.7mm or 2.3mm screws.
• Allows for correction on the
rotational and lengthwise axis.
Locking Plates
Thickness: 1.0mm
Dedicated MC5 Fracture Plates
• Anatomically shaped.
• Use with 2.3mm screws.
• Oblong hole allows for adjustment
in relation to the joint.
• Locking feature may provide the stability
needed to support the metaphyseal region.
Locking Plates
Thickness: 1.5mm
Compression Plates
Thickness: 1.0mm and 1.3mm
Standard Plates
Thickness: 1.0mm
• One-Step Screw Pick Up. The cross pin head helps
guide the screwdriver blade for proper blade/screw
alignment and does not require grasping sleeves.
• Rounded, Low-Profile Screw Heads. No screw head
prominence even at the maximum locking screw
angulation. This may reduce the risk of soft tissue
irritation.
• Blunt Screw Tips. All screws have a blunt tip
and remain self tapping. This may reduce the risk
of soft tissue irritation at the far cortex.
• Allows locking up to ±10° in any direction.
• One-step locking achieved by simply inserting the
screw in the pre-drilled ±10° locking range.
• May Increase strength.
• May Reduce incidences of tissue adherence.
• May Improve tissue glide.
*The SmartLock Technology is patented (US 6,322,562 DE 43 43 117) by Professor Dietmar Wolter, Hamburg, Germany.”
