Machine-Related Deaths by Year<br />
<strong>Alberta</strong>, <strong>1990</strong>-2006<br />
Over the seventeen year period from <strong>1990</strong> to 2006 the number of machine-related deaths remained relatively constant.<br />
However, the death rate increased by an annual average of 2.18 per cent. This means over the 17 years<br />
there has been a 37 per cent increase in the rate of machine-related deaths per 100,000 agriculture population.<br />
