Maintain a position log and other necessary files.<br />

Evaluate services required and coordinate with the <strong>Plan</strong>ning Section Chief to<br />

ensure technical staff are identified and activated.<br />

Assure technical staff assists other EOC Sections in coordinating specialized<br />

areas of response or recovery.<br />

Identify tasks to perform in alliance with incident action plan strategies and tactics.<br />

Participate in planning cycle as requested to coordinate specialist activities with<br />

overall response or recovery activities.<br />

Demobilization Phase:<br />

Deactivate your assigned position and close out logs when authorized by the<br />

<strong>Plan</strong>ning Section Chief.<br />

Complete all required forms, reports, and other documentation. All forms<br />

should be submitted through your supervisor to the Documentation Unit Leader<br />

as appropriate, prior to your departure.<br />

Be prepared to provide input to the debriefing meeting and after-action report.<br />

If another person is relieving you, ensure they are thoroughly briefed before you<br />

leave your work station.<br />

Clean up your work area before you leave.<br />

List all supplies and resources that need replenishment.<br />

Leave a forwarding phone number where you can be reached.<br />
