COURSE OVERVIEW<br />

This course has been designed to provide a comprehensive and practical update of diagnostic surgical pathology. The course is primarily designed for practicing surgical pathologists, particularly those<br />

involved in community practices. The course should also be of interest for pathologists-in-training, surgeons, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals.<br />

COURSE OBEJECTIVES<br />

At the conclusion of the course, the participants should be able to:<br />

• Evaluate current criteria for diagnosis in various subspecialty areas in surgical pathology<br />

• Recognize the proper application of immunohistochemical and other ancillary techniques for the diagnosis of<br />

problematic cases<br />

• Become familiar with advances in terminology and classification of neoplastic and non-neoplastic disorders.<br />

REGISTRATION<br />

The registration fee is $600 for physicians, $50 for residents and fellows, and $250 for MCW faculty. If you are a resident or fellow and would like to receive the discounted rate,<br />

you must submit a signed letter from your program director verifying that you are still in training. The registration fee includes course tuition; a course syllabus; luncheon buffets; a<br />

continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; and refreshment breaks throughout. In addition, each participant will leave the course with written evidence of CME credits received. A<br />

letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration form.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY<br />

Should you choose to cancel your registration, a request must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than Friday, August 16, 2013. All requests postmarked by this date will<br />

receive a full refund less a processing fee of $50. No refunds will be granted after August 16, 2013.<br />

The Medical College of Wisconsin reserves the right to cancel this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded in full. The<br />

Medical College of Wisconsin will assume no financial responsibility or obligation to the registrants for any related costs including but not limited to airfare, lodging, or other travel<br />
