Featured Speaker: Joschka Fischer<br />

The former Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany<br />

(1998 - 2005) led the Green Party in their first participation in government, both at<br />

state level (Hesse) and at federal level. From 2006 to 2007, Joschka Fischer held a<br />

professorship at the Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs at<br />

Princeton University (USA).<br />

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Crisis Group and of the<br />

Executive Board of the European Council on Foreign Relations.<br />

Mr Fischer will deliver a keynote address on the tense relationship between<br />

politics and infrastructure investment.<br />

Cancellation policy<br />

Any cancellation received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the forum will be subject to a charge of 50% of the<br />

fee already paid or the full delegate rate, whichever is the lower. All cancellations must be made in writing (by letter,<br />

fax or email - proof of receipt will be required) to the relevant contact at <strong>PEI</strong> <strong>Media</strong> Ltd for that event. We regret<br />

that no refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days of an event and there will be no exceptions to<br />

this policy. Any cancellations received in writing less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the forum will<br />

receive a 100% credit to be used at another <strong>PEI</strong> event for up to 12 months from the date of issuance.<br />
