Neway Facilities 

Neway established and implemented a group management based on the structure 

of multi-plants. Neway valves are manufactured in 6 specialized manufacturing 

plants, thereof 4 plants in China, and one each in Mexico & Saudi Arabia, all 

required castings are from Neway owned 2 specialized foundries. we have a total of 

over 1200 employees. 

Neway employ an intranet consisting of over 250pc computers, most advanced 

R&D software including CAD, I-Deas, Pro-E, a number of CNC & machine center 

and warehouse bar code management system. We are one of the few 

manufacturers performing ERP manufacture management, in-house fire safe test, 

cryogenic test, hi-pressure gas test and low fugitive emission test.

pipeline, valve castings' quality is most important for valve life, 

personnel safety and environment safety, especially for the 

high temperature and high pressure fields. So castings are

self foundries: one is mainly to produce big size sand castings 

by organic ester water glass sand cast process, and other is 

mainly to produce small size investment castings by loss wax 

cast process. So we can provide 100% castings with different 

weight from 1kg up to 11000kg by ourselves, monthly produce 

capacity is up to 1200 ton . And each foundry is equipped with 

all kind of quality inspection facilities, such as: spectrum 

instrument, non-destructive test machinery, mechanical

Advanced Manufacturing 

NEWAY developed an extensive and advanced inspection and 

test facility to control the quality from rough castings or forgings 

to final products. These facilities enable us to do Radio graphic 

test, Ultra-sonic test, Dye-penetrate test, Magnetic test, 

Positive Material Identifier (PMI), Impact test, Tensile test, 

Hardness test, Fire safe test, Cryogenic test, Vacuum test, Low 

fugitive emission test, High pressure gas test, High temperature 

test and Hydro-static test. 

The latest computer technology are also widely 

applied in NEWAY for valve manufacturing, this 

includes a large number of numeric control 

machines (Machining center, CNC horizontal 

and vertical lathe, CNC drilling machine) and 

ERP management system which significantly 

improve our machining quality and process 

control. NEWAY also employes a number of 

conventional lathe with capacity up to machine 

64 gate valve. NEWAY manufacturing 

philosophy is to ensure stable quality and just 

in time delivery.

This line of valves is one of Neway main products. We offer 

customer wide range of size, pressure rating and material 

selection; also Neway main factory & it s world wide stockist 

keep a large number of stock for quick delivery. For gate size 

2 ~ 8 class 150lb~300lb wedge are inter-changeable to 

minimize on-site repair cost. Low fugitive emission control is 

available upon request. 

Pressure seal valves are designed for high temperature, 

high pressure, services mainly encountered in nuclear 

and fossil fuel power plant. Compare with bolted bonnet

Wafer Check Valve 

NEWAY full opening check valve can be capable for pig ball 

cleaning service. For big size, to prevent potential water 

hammer damage caused by disc closing, a dashpot device can 

be assembled to control the disc closing time. Both soft seat & 

metal seat are available.

Pig Valve 

Neway forged steel globe valves for power plant are strictly 

designed and manufactures in accordance to JB/T3595 

DL/T531 E101 or ASME B16.34 the series valves can meet 

the requirement of high temperature and high pressure services. 

The valves have been widely used in various service's pipelines 

in petrochemical, chemical, power plant, to stop or put through 

media. 

Neway series pig valves are developed from our existing series BS 

forged steel 3pc trunnion mounted ball valves, and have the function of 

launching or receiving pig as well as all the natural function of standard 

pipe line ball valves, featuring tight structure, small volumes, fire safe 

and anti-static device. The series valves have been used safely in oil 

and gas pipeline in northern American to stop or put through and pig
