Whether you’re expanding current systems capabilities or installing a new system at a new facility, leverage existing networks and cut costs with IP phone systems. Plex offers the field-proven FortiVoice phone switch and IP handsets. This advanced phone system allows use of older, analog handsets and analog lines, along with newer style IP handsets and Ethernet networks already in the field. Manage the required number of handsets and lines by selecting the most appropriate model. Each FortiVoice system includes sophisticated call-handling features to reduce communications costs and stay connected; multi-level auto attendants; built-in voice mail; and innovative remote extensions. This sophisticated solution is extremely easy to implement and use. Plex helps you determine the solution that offers optimized scalability. From 2 to 64 users per location, the system scales to fit most organizations with hybrid connections, network compatibility (traditional and/or VoIP) and phones (analog and/or IP). Up to four FortiVoice units can be networked together on your LAN for a maximum capacity of 32 phone lines, 64 extensions and 32 VoIP trunks. There are several components that will make up the entire VoIP system. There is the appropriate size switch, the phone handsets (analog or IP) and the wiring involved in connecting them all together. Depending upon your existing size and growth projections, Plex can assist you with selecting the proper switch and phone handsets.
