HQ CPL veneer White Oak Milano 1 Grey Euroinvest Oak Milano 2 Beech Porta Oak Milano 3 Mahogany Maple Walnut Oak Milano 4 Door leaves – cross sections „honeycomb”stabilizing Oak Milano 5 DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION The door leaf consists of: a fi nger jointed softwood fi lled with stabilizing honeycomb core or perforated chipboard reinforced with inner frame made of plywood (option at an extra charge) – group 1; group 5 – solid chipboard. The frame and the core are covered with HDF board on both sides. LEAF EDGE PROFILE “K” profi le leaf edge. Both side edges and the upper edge of the leaf covered with leaf-colored skirting tape. FINISHING The leaf is veneered with veneers: HQ CPL (Continuous Pressure Laminate High Quality) laminate 0.2 or 0.7 mm thick. MDF frame is veneered in the colour of a door leaf. MODELS Single and double leaf: in all patterns. Door leaf is available in version for single sliding door without hinges and rebate and with a groove for guiding element, slot-milled in the bottom edge of the door leaf (included in the system).
