TENDER NOTICE
Civil Hospital, Karachi, invites sealed bids from Manufacturers / Importers / Authorized Distributors for the
supply of following categories of items for the financial year 2009-2010, as per PPRA Rules.
A complete set of tender inquiry with terms & conditions can be purchased from the office of the Addl.
Medical Superintendent (Procurement) upon cash payment of Rs.2000/- ( Non-Refundable ) on submission
of application along with copy of N.T.N certificate.
The bid must be delivered on the dates published by 11.00 a.m, as mentioned against each category of
items, in the office of the Addl. Medical Superintendent ( Procurement ) Civil Hospital, Karachi. These will
be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives, who choose to
attend, in the Board Room at 12.00 noon on the same date.

the bills, according to the Government Rules.
