NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Interested persons / Suppliers / Contractors / Company / Pre-qualified firm are invited
on B-I / B-II forms as per paper Rules 2010.

The blank tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned at
P.M 01:00 p.m on 25-04-2011 on payment of tender fee specified against each work.
Tender will be received back in sealed tender back on 26-04-2011 up to 1.00 P.M and
same date at 2.00 P.M and same date at 2.00 P.M in the presence of the Contractors or
their authorized agents. If the undersigned is out of head quarter of the date, than
tender will be opened on next working day at same time.
Earnest money in shape of call deposit from any schedule bank must
accompany with the application for issuing tenders. Otherwise tenders will not be
issued Earnest money will not be refunded unless the final decision is made or within
the authorized period and per caluse-51 of the tender.
The conditional telegraphic tender will be entertained.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.

The following documents are to be required for issue of tenders.
i. Registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council.
ii. List of Technical staff.
iii. List of completed works along with copy of work order/certificate of E.E for
satisfactory completion of work.
iv. List of equipment available.
v. List of works in progress along with copy of work orders.
vi. Bank statement.
vii. Registration of Income Tax / N.T.N
viii. Affidavit for Blank Listing of firms fro any department.
ix. Affidavit regarding the firms has no any involve in case.
x. Number of Directors/Partners/Proprietors their names qualification and
experience.
