The above penalties cannot be appealed by students, the Student Council, or parents as the
University wishes to uphold strict discipline and security for everybody.
6. Police Action
Students who are uncooperative with President University staffs and are involved in illegal activities
(e.g., falsification of records, misrepresentation or misuse of President University
name/signs/symbols, gambling, blackmail, drug/weapon possession or usage) will be reported to the
