JA 2011-process
• Commenced work with application March 2011 based on
EMARS II workshop 2010.
• First application submitted to the Commission June 15th 2011
• Dicussions and negotiations with EAHC and Sanco summer
and Autumn 2011
• Final revised application by end October 2011
• Final agreement signed early November 2011

• Cooperation with customs, outreach to standardisation, notified bodies and
communication with stakeholders.

All Member States among the already registered can participate but limited
funding – first come, first served…
Tasks include
• Plan and chair project meetings
• Coordinate with product activities.
• Oversee activities
• Report activities
• Final report
Full support from a consultant and secretariat will be provided.
