RESOLUTION: BE IT RESOLVED, that upon recommendation of the Executive Officer, the Board of<br />

Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Counties (“<strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong>”)<br />

authorizes the Executive Officer to enter into intermunicipal agreements with each of the<br />

following school districts to provide internal audit services in accordance with laws noted<br />

above, such intermunicipal agreement being hereby approved in accordance with Article 5-<br />

G of the General Municipal Law.<br />

<strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> 2012-2013 consolidated calendar.<br />

B. School Improvement Data Analyst Career Ladder Proposal<br />

RESOLUTION: BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-<br />

Columbia-Greene Counties, upon the recommendation of the Executive Officer, approve the<br />

proposed School Improvement Data Analyst Career Ladder as presented and dated April<br />

proposed rate for <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> retired teachers filling in as per diem substitute teachers or<br />

D. Change in Blue Shield PPO Plan<br />

RESOLUTION: RESOLVED, that Blue Shield PPO Plan 812 shall be available to <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> nonrepresented<br />

employees and retirees who were <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> non-represented employees<br />

immediately before retirement in accordance with <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> Board Policy and the nonrepresented<br />

employee approved salary and benefits schedule until and including June 30,<br />

2012 and shall not be available after June 30, 2012; and<br />

RESOLVED, that that Blue Shield PPO Plan 816 shall be available to <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> nonrepresented<br />

employees and retirees who were <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> non-represented employees<br />

immediately before retirement in accordance with <strong>Questar</strong> <strong>III</strong> Board Policy, effective July 1,<br />
