UNIT
The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene
Counties, gave approval for the 2011-12 salaries, rates and schedules for
Questar III staff members not affiliated with a bargaining unit.

REPORT
Member Brooks complimented Harry Hadjioannou, Mike Buono and Meghan
Heimroth for their wonderful presentations at the Saturday Workshop on
November 5 th .
Superintendent Baldwin reported that he will be sending them a memo next
week, explaining that he has been asked to be the Keynote Speaker at the PTA
Convention in Niagara Falls, NY tomorrow, and has been spending significant
time on that task.
Dr. Baldwin highlighted the important issues of the November 5 th Saturday
Workshop for Superintendents, Business Officials, HR Officials and Board
Members that spoke to the topics of Central Business Office, Transportation and
Human Resource Services. He explained that there seems to be a lot of interest
to date and more details will be worked on as the interest becomes commitment.
Dr. Baldwin also reported that Budget presentations have begun to faculty and
staff to explain issues, encourage ideas and thought process. He also told the
board that he has started attending faculty meetings at each of our Questar sites.
