TBOS
INFRARED TRANSMISSION
the field transmitter/control module combination
works like a conventional controller such as the
diaLOg + series. you program the battery-powered
field transmitter just as you would any other Rain
Bird controller. then you transmit the program by
infrared connection to the control modules. the
control modules carry out the program by
activating the tBOs latching solenoid mounted
on each Rain Bird valve.
TBOS RADIO +
INFRARED AND RADIO TRANSMISSION
the concept is the same as the conventional tBOs system. the
only difference is that program transmission is either by infrared
or radio. a RadiO + interface unit is mounted on an existing
tBOs control module and program transmission is carried out
with a tBOs RadiO + field transmitter. this radio version was
developed as an anti-vandal system to prevent vandals from
finding out the location of the control modules or valves. you
can transmit or monitor irrigation programs without opening
the valve box.
TBOS SIM
RADIO TRANSMISSION AND
CENTRALIZED PROGRAMMING
allows you to transmit the programs entered into
the computer to the tBOs field transmitter. the
transmitter is then used on the site to transmit the
program information to each battery-powered
tBOs control module.
TBOS offers both fixed and interval day watering schedules to facilitate both water conservation and adherence to municipal watering restriction schedules
