HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER HDEm 2250 Premium Line 

The High Pressure Cleaner HDEm 2250 has an integrated induction motor. A longer working period 

(without interruption) enables cleaning of larger surfaces in one session. 

HDEm 2250 Premium Line is appropriate for cleaning motor vehicles, water crafts, terraces and other 

surfaces. It is equipped with rubber wheels and a handle for easier transportation. It also has a hose 

reel, a 10 m long high pressure hose and an integrated detergent tank (for an easier and faster working 

process). 

The standard equipment also contains a high pressure gun with quick coupling coonections, vario lance, 

turbo lance and flexi lance. Alongside these elements there is a number of other accessories, which 

make daily cleaning efforts much easier.

High pressure cleaners with petrol engine is a completely new range. Hp cleaners with petrol engine are distingushed by their high mobility as

Preparation of compressed air 

After compression the air goes into a bottle. Before sending the compressed air to the installation it is fast cooled in a 

cooler with automatic condensation drainer for removing water from the compressor. With two filters the air is cleaned of 

particles up to 0.01 microns. The compressed air prepared like this is convenient for all industrial processes. Dry and clean 

compressed air plays an important part in providing a longer working life for pneumatic tools. 


Micro processing unit MC2 

This component of the compressor controls the operation of all units of the screw compressor, and all the parameters 

of the working process. The unit prevents possible overheating of the screw pair when working in extreme temperatures 

outside of the working area. On the LCD display of the MC2 unit there 4 rows display all working parameters and all service 

activities to be undertaken. In the case of a problem arising during compressor operation this unit automatically stops the 

power. With this MC2 unit its possible to change the working parameters shuts down the power to the compressor and can 

also adjust it to needs of the working process.

VSI Kompakt II range 

The main characteristic of this type of compressor is variation 

of motor rotation motor in order to optimize the production of 

compressed air and at the same time save power. Depending on the 

needs for compressed air, the electronic device instantly regulates 

motor rotation thus saving electricity. 

In combination with a soft start overload the compressor is prevented 

and the power supply can be cut off. This type of compressor is very 

flexible, producing compressed air from 6 to 13 bar, and therefore is 

very convenient for applications in areas where consumption varies 

greatly throughout the working day. 

Advantages of inverter compressors 

The main advantage of inverter compressors is energy saving, and this is 

especially interesting for working process where consumption of compressed

ESD, ESDI range 

Direct drive screw compressors are designed for special requirements during production of compressed air. Due to the motor being directly 

connected to the screw pair the following features are achieved; 

• low noise level 

• higher screw block utilization 

• low vibrations 

• longer life time of the screw block 

• lower service costs 

For most demanding users of compressed air the best solution is the ESDI range of screw compressors. In these types of compressors we have 

direct connection between the motor and the screw block and a frequency regulator of motor rotation. This combination of technical solutions 

is optimal for highly demanding users of compressed air.

Dryers are designed to provide dry compressed air in various amounts depending 

on the type of the dryer.

Air filters 

Filtration of compressed air of dust can be done by set of filters with cartridges. 

With these types of filters we can achieve filtration from 3 to 0.01 microns. With 

a special model of carbon filters we can achieve 99.99% clean compressed air 

without oil. 

AQF filters are used as primary filters. They can be mounted on the installation 

after the compressor. This type of filter can make filtration of compressed air 

up to 3 microns, and is corrosion resistant and operates at high temperatures. 

For final filtration of compressed air we need AHF filters. With this type of 

filter we can make filtration up to 0.01 micron and the compressed air after 

this treatment is ready for all processes. Filters with active carbon have ACF 

declarations and with them totally clean compressed air for all type of processes 

is produced.

WELDING INVERTER 185 Premium Line 

The Invert Welding Machine Inverter 185 Premium Line is best for the user, who wants to get more from 

the inverter. It is easy to use, yet very efficient. It enables welding with all types of coated electrodes 

with a diameter of up to 4 mm. 

The DC voltage ensures an equable melting process and reduces discharge of molten material. 

The »hot start« function prevents the initial sticking of the electrode to the surface and the »anti-sticking« 

function prevents from sticking during the welding process. With an integrated generator protection it is 

possible to use the inverter also for fieldwork. By switching to the TIG welding process, the Invert Welding 

Machine Inverter 185 Premium Line can be used for welding high-alloyed steels and non-ferrous 

metal.

Profi Line 

Inverter welding machines belong to a basic group of welding machines, designed for welding with all types of coated electrodes. The »Hot 

start« function eases the welding process start and prevents the coated electrodes from sticking. All the Inverter welding machines are also 

equipped with the »Anti sticking« mechanism, which prevents the electrode sticking during the working process. 

Due to small weight and size, hanging belt and one-phase voltage (230V) the Profi Line welding machines are perfect for outside and field work. 

They are also suitable for workshops thanks to their convenience and allow a great electric arc stability for long term undisturbed welding. The 

Inverter welding machines can be used for TIG welding with »scratch« ignition, however the TIG torch in this case requires a special forming 

gas valve.

The Inverter 250/60 DP is equipped with microprocessor electronic system for 

operation monitoring and with a digital display for welding settings adjustment. 

It is designed for the most demanding operations in heavy duty conditions. Light

Inverters for TIG welding 

The most advanced digital technology from the field of TIG welding is gathered and combined in Rheinland Elektro Maschinen WIG welding 

inverters. All the welding settings can be adjusted with three switches on the microprocessor, which allows quick settings changes. The welding 

settings can be monitored on a transparent digital display. Preset welding parameters can be saved in 18 memory programs and used later 

on. The following welding parameters can be adjusted: 

• Electric arc ignition 

• Two or four cycle welding mode 

• Reduced initial welding current in % according to the main welding current 

• Welding current increase period 

• Amount of welding current 

• Decrease of terminating welding current in % according to the main welding current

Welding current pulsation can also be adjusted inside the frequency between 1 and 150 Hz

up to 6mm of diameter.

WIG Inverters AC/DC 

Two of the most modern technologies in the field of welding, digital and analogue, are in-built TIG Inverters for direct or alternating current 

welding. This allows welding of all kinds of metals, including aluminum. We can decide between two versions according to welding parameters 

adjustment mode – classic, analogue operating system (AC/DC) with power switches for individual settings or digital operating system (HDp) 

with three microprocessor switches for all operating parameters. All the settings are monitored on a digital display and can be saved on 18 

program memory posts. 

The following welding parameters can be adjusted:

Alternating welding current (AC) is suitable for welding aluminum and aluminum alloys. Due to a higher melting temperature of alumina, which 

covers the surface, we need to break the oxide with current oscillations and only then we can melt the core with pure welding current. Thanks 

to this special welding method the amount of material overheating is reduced to minimum. At the same time WIG Inverters allow welding with 

all types of coated electrodes up to 6mm in diameter.

Plasma cutting Inverters 

Most metals and their alloys can be cut with a plasma cutting system This is a polarized air flow under high pressure, comprising compressed 

air, polarized by a powerful source of polarization (with 70% nitrogen) and directed to the work piece through a calibrated nozzle. A strong yet 

slim jet of polarized air in the form a cutting arc with the temperature of 20.000°C melts the surface and penetrates deep into the material 

and blows out the melt. All that is left is a clean cut, a small amount of melt and the overheated surface reduced to minimum. For easier arc 

ignition plasma cutting inverters are equipped with high frequency or mains electric arc (depending on the model).

WATER PUMPS 

Pressure Booster Systems 

Pressure booster systems are specially designed devices, consisting of a flow pump, pressure switch, pressure gauge and expansion tank. 

They are suitable for extracting and creating pressure in pressure plumbing. The most important part of a pressure booster system is the flow 

pump. They are distinguished according to type and width of rotors, number of stages, housing and motor power. 

The pressure switch is the only part that can be used for setting the working parameters of a pressure booster system. Its tasks are to activate 

the pump when the pressure drops under the preset level and deactivate the motor when the pressure reaches the upper limit. All settings are 

displayed on the pressure gauge and this is the best way to monitor the pump operation and pressure at any time. 

The largest part of the pressure booster system is the expansion tank, which levels the pressure fluctuation resulting from an increase or 

decrease of water volume and at the same time serves as carrier for other parts of the pressure booster system. 

The pressure booster systems have a vast specter of applications. They are most commonly used for supplying higher-lying water supply 

installations with pressure and an adequate amount of water, which can be drawn from wells, underground tanks and other lower-lying water 

sources or to increase the amount of pressure in the existing water plumbing.

container. They can be a part of a pressure booster system or used independently. Garden flow pumps are easy to use and to carry and to

Submersible pumps 

Submersible pumps are mostly used for drawing water from one container to another, draining flooded areas, emptying pools and ponds, for 

garden fountains, artificial waterfalls and garden watering. 

Before use a submersible pump has to be equipped with a discharge hose and than submersed into water and connected to electricity. They 

can easily work without any monitoring due to the floating deactivation switch which deactivates the pump when all the water has been drawn.

Sewage submersible pumps are advanced and ideal drainage helpers. With the distinct of wetted parts, it can work

Scroll saw
