The Court sanctioned Plaintiff and awarded Defendant his defense<br />
attorney’s fees and costs associated with the preparation for<br />
trial. The Court ordered that the sanctions would need to be<br />
paid as a condition precedent to proceeding with the litigation.<br />
An order to show cause hearing was held on September 26, 2011.<br />
Plaintiff did not appear for the hearing. To date, Plaintiff<br />
has not paid any money to Defendant.<br />
