3.1. Assessment at the national level The average composite score at the national level is 30.9. Minimum and maximum scores obtained by the institutes under study are 4.4 and 75.7, respectively. The scores obtained by the institutes under the study are presented in Annexure. The institutes which participated in the survey were classified under three levels (high, medium, low) based on the performance scores they secured in the assessment, after mapping into a normal distribution curve.
