You can now cut polymers, wood, paper, paper<br />
board of 1 to 3 mm material thickness. Equipped<br />
with a powerful CO 2 laser and up to two<br />
scanner heads, the new <strong>StarShape</strong> 600 C can<br />
attain cutting speeds of up to 20 m/s.<br />

Sealed-off<br />
The source of the <strong>StarShape</strong> 600 C's high<br />
performance is a sealed-off CO 2 laser with<br />
600 W output power – the first of its kind in<br />
this performance class. It needs no external<br />
gas supply and minimizes operating and<br />
maintenance costs. Further advantages of this<br />
technology are a small footprint and ease of<br />
handling.<br />
Unrivaled speed<br />
Whether cutting, degating, structuring or<br />
drilling – 600 W of laser power, an excellent<br />
beam quality and fast scanner heads lay the<br />
foundations for unrivaled processing speeds.<br />
Even most complex on-the-fly applications<br />
can be realized in short processing times with<br />
excellent quality (optional software upgrade).<br />
Flexible programming<br />
The <strong>StarShape</strong> C is programmed with the<br />
user-friendly graphic interface of the high<br />
performance LaserCAD software. Contours<br />
and beam parameters can be defined rapidly.<br />
The laser control is based on PC architecture<br />
with CAN bus technology.<br />
The <strong>StarShape</strong> 600 C can be customized to<br />
fit your individual needs: as a standard<br />
module for machine integration, optimized<br />
for individual requirements, or as a standalone<br />
work station. We'll be glad to give you<br />
a demonstration of the <strong>StarShape</strong> C and test<br />
