he year 2009 brings new possibilities, opportu- 

and performance systems to Beechcraft 

Tnities 

King Air operators from Raisbeck Engineering. 

In 2008, Raisbeck received certification of 

our combined EPIC PLATINUM and EPIC 

GOLD Performance Systems to combine with 

Blackhawk’s -52 and -61 Pratt & Whitney engine 

upgrades for the Beechcraft 200/B200 family. This 

accomplishment provides many benefits, including 

increased cruise speeds, up to 318 knots! 

Operators are also able to enjoy improved takeoff 

and climb performance, opening up an additional 

3,000 airports in the U.S.A. alone. The economy of 

operation is another added benefit, deriving from 

EPIC’s decreased drag and increased engine 

inlet efficiency. 

Also in 2008, we added to our C90 EPIC 

Performance Package, with max gross weight 

increased to 10,500 lbs for the Beechcraft C90 

series, further increasing the benefits to operators. 

Now available for installation on all Beechcraft 

C90s, serial number LJ-527 and subsequent, 

including the latest C90GT, the GWI also brings 

the aircraft’s zero 

fuel weight to 9,000 

pounds, removing any 

operational loading 

restrictions. Current 

operators of Raisbeck 

EPIC-equipped C90s 

are receiving this upgrade at no cost.
