he year 2009 brings new possibilities, opportu-<br />

and performance systems to Beechcraft<br />

Tnities<br />

King <strong>Air</strong> operators from Raisbeck Engineering.<br />

In 2008, Raisbeck received certification of<br />

our combined EPIC PLATINUM and EPIC<br />

GOLD Performance Systems to combine with<br />

Blackhawk’s -52 and -61 Pratt & Whitney engine<br />

upgrades for the Beechcraft 200/B200 family. This<br />

accomplishment provides many benefits, including<br />

increased cruise speeds, up to 318 knots!<br />

Operators are also able to enjoy improved takeoff<br />

and climb performance, opening up an additional<br />

3,000 airports in the U.S.A. alone. The economy of<br />

operation is another added benefit, deriving from<br />

EPIC’s decreased drag and increased engine<br />

inlet efficiency.<br />

Also in 2008, we added to our C90 EPIC<br />

Performance Package, with max gross weight<br />

increased to 10,500 lbs for the Beechcraft C90<br />

series, further increasing the benefits to operators.<br />

Now available for installation on all Beechcraft<br />

C90s, serial number LJ-527 and subsequent,<br />

including the latest C90GT, the GWI also brings<br />

the aircraft’s zero<br />

fuel weight to 9,000<br />

pounds, removing any<br />

operational loading<br />

restrictions. Current<br />

operators of Raisbeck<br />

EPIC-equipped C90s<br />

are receiving this upgrade at no cost.<br />

“I flew a King <strong>Air</strong> A100 before and after it had Raisbeck props and strakes<br />

installed on the aircraft. What a significant improvement the package made to<br />

The Raisbeck-patented Ram <strong>Air</strong> Recovery System maximizes the air to the engine<br />

inlet so that your engine retains the same power with ice vanes deployed that you<br />

get now with the ice vanes stowed.<br />

Your aircraft retains speed and power as you climb through clouds or inclement<br />

2009 EPIC Completion Incentive<br />

Raisbeck offers a pricing incentive for customers looking to complete the EPIC<br />

Performance Package on their King <strong>Air</strong>.<br />

EPIC Completion Incentive for All EPICs<br />

If one or more performance systems is required to complete an EPIC<br />

Platinum or EPIC Gold (BB-1509 & subs/BY-1 and subs), the customer<br />

will receive a $2000 reduction from the Customer Price per performance<br />

system purchased.<br />

For example, of the aircraft needs the Ram <strong>Air</strong> Recovery System and Dual<br />

Aft Body Strakes to complete an EPIC, the customer would receive a total<br />

price reduction of $4000 from Customer Price.<br />

Bobby Patton<br />

Director of Dealer Development<br />

Bobby has a long history with Raisbeck Engineering and<br />

continues to build relationships with our global network of<br />

Authorized Dealers. His background in both King <strong>Air</strong> and<br />

Learjet Performance Systems enables him to help all of our<br />

customers find which of our products and systems are best<br />

suited for their aircraft. His enthusiasm and guidance fuels<br />

Nick has made great progress in Raisbeck ZR LITE and<br />

Locker Learjet fleet sales, with both WalMart and Skyservice<br />

helping the ZR LITE total sales top 100. He has experience<br />

and knowledge in both Learjet and King <strong>Air</strong> aircraft,<br />

so he frequently provides explanations and assistance to<br />

Document Control Manager<br />

Michael joined Raisbeck in May, 2008, and provides insight<br />

and direction to document control applications. He<br />
