Do you want to register for different Host-Ticketed-Events?<br />
Each <strong>Convention</strong> consists of different arrangements and events that groups<br />
with<strong>in</strong> Host Organization Committee (HOC) have planned for all visit<strong>in</strong>g Rotarians<br />
and their partners. The list of all planned activities is long. You cannot register for<br />
these Host-Ticketed-Events without first hav<strong>in</strong>g registered for the <strong>Convention</strong> as<br />
such and you have to use the registration number received when register<strong>in</strong>g for<br />
the <strong>Convention</strong>.<br />
The registration for the <strong>Convention</strong> <strong>2006</strong> must be done before you can register<br />
for any other programme. On the HOC home page you can read about all the<br />
different events and arrangements and register on-l<strong>in</strong>e or download a form that<br />
you can fill <strong>in</strong> and send by fax.<br />

Host Hospitality Night – register yourself or your club.<br />
Monday June 12 th Host Hospitality Night” will be arranged all over Sjælland, Fyn<br />
and Skåne by the different <strong>Rotary</strong> Clubs. It is up to each club how to plan this<br />
even<strong>in</strong>g. For <strong>in</strong>stance the club members can <strong>in</strong>vite 8 – 10 guests for d<strong>in</strong>ner <strong>in</strong><br />
their private homes for a nice even<strong>in</strong>g together. As an alternative the club can<br />
<strong>in</strong>vite 40-60 guests to a meet<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the club that even<strong>in</strong>g with a programme<br />
suitable for the foreign guests. Several clubs can jo<strong>in</strong> and <strong>in</strong>vite 100-300 guests<br />
to a theatre, concert or other k<strong>in</strong>ds of enterta<strong>in</strong>ment.<br />
The clubs will take care of the transportation from Malmö and <strong>Copenhagen</strong> and<br />
offer food and enterta<strong>in</strong>ment to the guests.<br />
No doubt Host Hospitality Night is one of the most popular arrangements and<br />
through the years it has brought many wonderful memories and experiences.<br />
About 5000 visit<strong>in</strong>g Rotarians are expected to participate <strong>in</strong> Host Hospitality<br />

Home Stay<br />
Home Stay is an <strong>in</strong>vitation to all foreign guests to come and stay with a European<br />
family either before or after the <strong>Convention</strong>. The guests have to register through<br />
the normal registration channels for events or tours.<br />
Those who are <strong>in</strong>terested to be a Home Stay host however have to announce<br />
this at the HOC homepage, where also more details about this programme can<br />
