• Thesis Title: Study of Structures in Some Branches of Mathematics
• Field: Pure Mathematics; especially in the study of structures of elements in Algebra,
Topology and analysis.

University, Bangladesh.
6. Main and interesting Courses in Graduate & Post Graduate Level:
Differential Geometry, Differential Equations, Group Theory, Functional Analysis,
Advanced Analysis, Topology, Lattice Theory, Ring Theory etc.
7. Area of Interest:
Differential Geometry, Algebra and Topology. My current interest is in Differential
Geometry and Algebraic Topology. Also I have a plan in the near future to study in some

fields of applied mathematics; especially in the theory of relativity and that of water waves
and Bio-Mathematics.
8. Awards:
• Talent Award by Shahid Ziaur Rahman Hall, R.U in recognition of securing the first
place in the faculty of science at the B.Sc (Honours) examination of 1994.
• Agrani Bank gold medal prize in recognition of securing the first place in the first
classes in the faculty of science at the B.Sc (Honours) examination of 1994.
• Agrani Bank gold medal prize in recognition of securing the first place in the first
classes in the faculty of science at the M.Sc examination of 1995.
• Engineer Akbar Hossain Scholarship in recognition of securing the first place in
the first class in the faculty of science at the B.Sc (Honours) examination of 1994.
• Bangladesh University Grand commission Scholarship in recognition of
securing the first place in the first class in the faculty of science at both the B.Sc
(Honours) examination of 1994 and M.Sc examination of 1995.
