Order Lead Times<br />
The order lead times in this document reflect the typical time needed to process and prepare the order for shipment. Transportation lead time needs to be added to<br />
these order lead times to represent the total lead time between receipt of order and delivery at the customer’s site.<br />
Transportation lead time will depend on delivery location and mode of transport. Please contact your customer service representative for details.<br />
For availability of product from next production campaign, please contact your local customer service representative for more specific information.<br />
Custom Made Colours<br />
Our service provides expert consultation and matching of your distinct colour requirements in glazing applications through the use of proprietary PVB interlayer<br />
technology.<br />
Phase 1 – Lab Scale Custom Colour Match<br />
Includes analysis and technical measurements of customer provided specifications and/or colour chip and glass materials to be used in the final glazing design.<br />
Custom colour match will be provided on PVB Colour Strips that will be shipped to customer for review and approval. Prerequisite for Phase 2.<br />
Phase 2 – Pilot Scale Colour Match<br />
Includes custom formulation of colourants to produce custom PVB Interlayer sample (approximately 10 sqm) to be shipped to customer for review and approval. Also<br />
includes technical lab measurements of colours and solar property measurements. Prerequisite for Custom Colour <strong>Product</strong>ion.<br />
Fee: €3000 per each Custom Colour Pilot Scale Match (100% rebate with a follow-up order of custom colour production)<br />
Phase 3 - Custom Colour <strong>Product</strong>ion<br />
Custom Colour products will be produced as 0.76mm thickness. Firm order is needed before production. Minimum production quantity is 5,000 sqm.<br />
<strong>Product</strong>ion lead time - After Phase 2 Pilot Scale Colour Match approval, 3-4 months maximum. Custom colours with a ‘white colour’ <strong>com</strong>ponent must be run with<br />
routine White family production runs (4 months maximum lead time).<br />
Surcharges<br />
A price surcharge will be applied for non-standard product & service offerings. This surcharge represents the additional cost incurred to provide the non-standard<br />
service.<br />
• <strong>Product</strong> Based surcharges<br />
These are detailed in the table above. Surcharges may apply for the specified products for interleaving with PE film, non-standard (short) roll lengths, non-standard<br />
packaging, and non-standard product sourcing.<br />
