Inventory levels will be determined by historical demand and customer forecasts and/or contracts. - Selected products will be offered from stock from our warehouses across the US & Canada. Please contact your local customer service representative for more information. - Products listed as ‘available MTO’ will be offered on a Make-to-Order basis. Product will be produced only upon receipt of a firm order. - In case of Special Quality Requirements, product offering and lead times may be different. Architectural Product Offering Rev: 04/16/09 Effective date April 2009 - Valid until June 2009 World Area Sales Region North America US & Canada Order Lead Times The order lead times in this document reflect the typical time needed to process and prepare the order for shipment. Transportation lead time needs to be added to these order lead times to represent the total lead time between receipt of order and delivery at the customer’s site. Transportation lead time will depend on delivery location and mode of transport. Please contact your customer service representative for details. For availability of product from next production campaign, please contact your local customer service representative for more specific information. Interleaved Products All products listed in this document can be interleaved with PE-film for non-refrigerated storage. A surcharge of $1.00/sqm will be applied for interleaved product. RB11, RA41, RA61, RB71 interleaved products can be ordered in any width between 40cm and 244cm with a minimum order quantity of 4 rolls. Please contact your local customer service representative for more information on production lead times Custom Made Colors Our service provides expert consultation and matching of your distinct color requirements in glazing applications through the use of proprietary PVB interlayer technology. Phase 1 – Lab Scale Custom Color Match Includes analysis and technical measurements of customer provided specifications and/or color chip and glass materials to be used in the final glazing design. Custom color match will be provided on PVB Color Strips that will be shipped to customer for review and approval. Prerequisite for Phase 2. Phase 2 – Pilot Scale Color Match Includes custom formulation of colorants to produce custom PVB Interlayer sample (approximately 10 sqm) to be shipped to customer for review and approval. Also includes technical lab measurements of colors and solar property measurements. Prerequisite for Custom Color Production. Fee: $3000 per each Custom Color Pilot Scale Match (100% rebate with a follow-up order of custom color production) Phase 3 - Custom Color Production Custom Color products will be produced as 0.76mm thickness. Firm order is needed before production. Minimum production quantity is 5,000 sqm. Production lead time - After Phase 2 Pilot Scale Color Match approval, 3-4 months maximum. Custom colors with a ‘white color’ component must be run with routine White family production runs (4 months maximum lead time). Surcharges A price surcharge will be applied for non-standard product & service offerings. This surcharge represents the additional cost incurred to provide the non-standard service. • Product Based surcharges These are detailed in the table above.
