ANNOUNCEMENTS
1) SCRIP (for Christmas shopping) weekly sales begin
today through December 22/23 after all masses.
Any special orders need to be in by Dec. 15/16.
2) Senior Citizens’ Committee Meeting this
Wednesday at 1 p.m.
3) Men: sign up today for the CRHP Retreat next
weekend. Sign up info on register in back of
church
4) Please pray for our men next weekend as they
participate in their Men’s CRHP Retreat here at
St. Joseph Parish.
Catholic Central Corner
Catholic Central has Parent Teacher Conferences are
scheduled for Wed., November 7 from 11:30 -4 p.m.
with early dismissal at 11:30 and Thurs., Nov. 8 from
1-6 p.m. with early dismissal at 11:30. We have no
school on Friday, November 9. Report cards for our
students will be sent home on Monday, November 5
along with MAP results and a parent informational
letter about MAP.
Our Thanksgiving Food Drive begins on Mon., Nov. 5
and ends Wed., Nov. 21. If you want to donate any
food items for St. Joe's Food Pantry please drop your
donation off at school and thank you for your support
as we share with those in need.
A huge thank you to all parishioners who attended
our Fabulous Fall Bazaar. We hope that you were
able to cross off some things from your gift list as
there were so many wonderful vendors with unique
craft and personal items for you to purchase! A
special thank you to Mrs. Lisa Burdick and her crew
for spearheading this event the second year in a row
for Catholic Central.

conducted at Monte Alverno Retreat & Spirituality
Center in Appleton. Come to a presentation on
Tuesday, Nov. 13, 6:30-8 p.m., by Fr. Adrian Staehler,
OFM Cap, on the book “Forgiveness – One Step at a
Time” by Joseph F. Sica. The author offers ten steps
to help a person take forgiveness seriously. Each
step includes something to learn (path), something to
consider (ponder), something to do (practice) and
something to say (prayer). Suggested offering: $5.
