H.264 High Profile<br />
In contrast to H.264 Main Profile, the highly efficient standard H.264 High Profile provi<strong>de</strong>s better <strong>vi<strong>de</strong>o</strong> quality at<br />
low bandwidth. This means that more <strong>vi<strong>de</strong>o</strong> data can be stored using the same storage capacity which saves<br />
storage costs.<br />
Improved firewall compatibility<br />
Access to the <strong>vi<strong>de</strong>o</strong> images can be prevented by a firewall. By setting the <strong>vi<strong>de</strong>o</strong> protocol, the network<br />
administrator can enable the firewall transmission so that <strong>vi<strong>de</strong>o</strong> streams can be received outsi<strong>de</strong> the camera’s<br />
network using a web browser.<br />
Using the new passive FTP mo<strong>de</strong>, the camera can store e.g. alarm pictures on a FTP-server.<br />
