IMPORTANT: A deposit <strong>of</strong> $800 CDN is required to secure your place<br />

in the program. Please include your credit card information on<br />

faxed or mailed registrations, or mail a cheque along with your<br />

completed program registration.<br />

If you are unable to attend the program, your organization<br />

may substitute one employee for another employee if notice<br />

is provided in advance <strong>of</strong> the program start date, provided all<br />

entrance criteria are met.<br />

A full refund less a $150 administration fee will be issued for<br />

written cancellations received a minimum <strong>of</strong> 30 days before<br />

the program start date. Written cancellations received after<br />

January 8, 2008 will be subject to a 25% administration fee.<br />

Non-attendance or withdrawal after program start date will<br />

incur a full program fee.<br />

Attendance at all 9 modules is mandatory. Only one module<br />

transfer to another location will be permitted (subject to space<br />

availability) without penalty. Each subsequent transfer has a<br />

$200 administration fee.<br />

Certificate <strong>of</strong> Program Completion<br />

Participants must attend all program modules in order to<br />

receive a certificate.<br />

Upon completion <strong>of</strong> the Masters Certificate in <strong>Project</strong><br />

<strong>Management</strong>, you will receive a framed certificate, stating you<br />

have successfully completed the program.<br />

This Program Prepares You For Your PMP Exam<br />

This program is designed for anyone who does NOT have their<br />

PMP designation from the <strong>Project</strong> <strong>Management</strong> Institute.<br />

If you have your PMP designation, we <strong>of</strong>fer other programs<br />

appropriate for your level.<br />

For participants who are required to discontinue their program for medical reasons, a prorated amount <strong>of</strong> the tuition<br />
