The Muurikka Summer Kitchen Concept was successfully introduced last summer, and now it is even better. 

The Electric Smoking Oven, which also fits the Summer Kitchen, is the only original and genuine Muurikka 

Smoking Oven. The original Muurikka Pans also represent guaranteed Muurikka quality. The sensational new 

product of this season is the Gas Bottle Table which gives you more surface and elegantly hides the gas

With a Muurikka Summer Kitchen it’s easy to prepare delicious dishes from morning till night.

Smoked salmon omelette 

8 eggs 

0,7 dl water or whipping cream 

2 tablespoons chopped chives 

150 g warm smoked salmon 

1 lemon 

1 tablespoon butter 

SAlt and white pepper 

SMOKE 

BOIL 

Smoke the salmon in a Muurikka Summer Kitchen 

Smoking Basin or in a Muurikka Electric Smoking Oven. 

Pluck the salmon to small pieces and add chopped chives. 

Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

Mix the eggs and cream/water together. Season the 

omelette mixture with salt and pepper. Put a knob of butter 

in the middle of the Muurikka Pan and add the mixture to the pan. Mix until it is 

almost set on surface. Spread the salmon mixture over the omelette and fold the 

omelette in half. Serve immediately for example with toasted rye bread. 

Smoked whitefish and 

smoked eggplant and tomato 

1 whole gutted whitefish 

1 lemon 

1 bunch parsley 

2 tablespoons oil 

sea salt and white pepper 

Make slashes to the sides of the whitefish with a knife. Season 

the fish with care with sea salt and pepper. Leave the fish to marinate 

for 20 minutes. Chop the parsley and put the stems inside the whitefish. 

Cut half of the lemon in slices and put inside the fish. Fasten the fish’s 

stomach with cocktail sticks or skewers. Spread oil on the fish’s surface. 

Smoke the fish in a Summer Kitchen Smoking Basin or in a Muurikka 

Electric Smoking Oven for ca. 30 minutes or until the dorsal fin comes 

loose easily.

The Muurikka Electric Smoking Oven is a ready-to-use 

smoking oven and a versatile outdoor oven. The 

Electric Smoking Oven has become familiar to many 

people as a functional Opa product. It’s easy to use 

for smoking, baking or roasting fish, meat, vegetables, 

sausages etc. Any time, with or without smoke. With 

smoking chips, the oven smokes, and without chips, it 

works as a roasting oven or grill. Two sizes: 1100 

W/1200 W. Made of stainless steel. Ready to use. A 

separate removable chip tray and a grating. Easy to 

clean. Instructions and a bag of smoking chips 

included. 

High-quality Muurikka Gas Burners – three sizes. 

A Muurikka Gas Burner heats up rapidly and the power 

is easy to adjust. The steel windscreen is sufficiently 

large, so the flame is not likely to go out. Heavy pans 

cause no problems – the burners are sturdy and made 

of good materials. 

Models D-400 and D-500 have a burner with two rings 

and separate control valves, so large or small pans heat 

up evenly and rapidly. Compact with one ring, D-300 is 

ideal for heating medium-sized and smaller pans. Long 

legs are standard in all models (D-300 also has short 

legs). The legs can be removed for storage. 

ELECTRIC GRILL 

The high-quality Muurikka Electric Grill is easy to use 

and always ready to make delicious dishes. The 

temperature is instantly uniform, and with its exact 

adjustment it is ideal for all foods to be grilled. Brand 

new! A protective container that collects all fat and 

food scraps that fall down – grilling is easy and tidy. 

With its handy size, D-300 fits directly in the 

Muurikka Summer Kitchen Cart. For the Cart, 

D-300 comes with long and also short legs as 

well as a plate to protect the surface from 

getting hot. 

Any place is the right place for a Muurikka Electric 

Grill – even the balcony, as long as there is electricity.
