The ZOLL AED Plus given even more infrequent rescuers the
confidence they need to help save lives. Simple audio prompts
and pictures reinforce every step in the resuscitation process.
A complete road Map for Resuscitation.
A picture is worth a thousand words. The AED Plus unique
graphical interface – pictures combined with text displays and
voice prompts – helps rescuers every step of the way. Lights on
the pictures draw the rescuer’s attention to actions in the proper
sequence. Text and voice prompts correspond to the pictures
and help the rescuer perform every important life-saving action.
These pictures and prompts assure that everything is done in
order, and that shocks, if required, are delivered rapidly.
One Electrode is easier than Two.
Some AED’s require that the rescuer use two electrodes. ZOLL’s
Full Rescue AED features CPR-D Padz - a one-piece preconnected
pair of electrodes with Real CPR help. By using CPR
hand placement on the landmark, it is easy to place the CPR-D
Padz on the victim quickly. The CPR-Z Padz also last 5 years.
Intelligent Pediatric Capability.
The ZOLL AED Plus can defibrillate children up to eight years
of age, using the Pedi-Padz II electrodes. When the Pedi-Padz
are connected, the AED Plus recognizes that a pediatric rescue
is in progress. With ECG analysis developed specifically for
a pediatric heart rate, coupled with appropriate defibrillator
energy levels, the AED Plus can handle both adult and pediatric
rescuers.

ZOLL R Series BLS
Simplicity that Helps Save Lives
Early defibrillation is critical to resuscitation success. If a shock is delayed because the front line staff
are reluctant to deliver a shock, then recover is less likely to happen. At the same time, installing an
AED designed for a layperson means you will need to change defibrillators and possible cables and
pads in order to provide ALS care, thus losing critical time to treatment.
R Series BLS shows first responders a simple, one-button AED interface. When the Code Team arrives,
they can simply press a button to turn the BLS into a full-function manual defibrillator. All chosen
parameters are functional and if installed, the pacing controls are revealed.
This entry level model allows hospitals and medical centre’s with tight budget to deploy the R-Series
technology now, and add more capability such as Wi-Fi communication and See-Thru CPR later.
R-Series BLS is particularly good for low acuity areas, where advanced capabilities are rarely needed.
