Laura’s passion lies with the training and implementation of the TCO role, she is the UKs Treatment Coordinator Consultant and has been responsible for the breakthrough and education of this role the UK dental profession. The aim of the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) training is to expand an employee’s skills and capabilities and teach excellent communication styles and techniques. The aim of the TCO role is to remove 90% of non clinical dentistry from the dentist, to provide a high level of customer service and to build excellent relationships with the patients.
