• Place a plate upside down on the turntable<br />
and put the poultry breast side down on<br />
the plate.<br />
• When the oven stops and the audible<br />
signal sounds, turnover and shield the thin<br />
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.<br />
• After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil<br />
and stand for 30 - 90 minutes until<br />
thoroughly defrosted.<br />
• Finally clean the poultry under running water.<br />
• Place the food on a plate in the centre of<br />
the turntable.<br />
• When the oven stops and the audible<br />
signals sound, turn the food over,<br />
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin<br />
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.<br />
• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for<br />
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.<br />

• Place the food in a single layer on a plate<br />
in the centre of the turntable. If portions are<br />
frozen together, try to seperate before<br />
defrosting.<br />
• When the oven stops and the audible<br />
signals sound, turn the food over,<br />
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin<br />
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.<br />
• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for<br />
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.<br />
NOTE:<br />
1 Steaks, Chops, Fish fillets and Chicken legs should be frozen in one layer.<br />
2 For shielding the defrosted parts, use small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.<br />
3 The poultry should be cooked immediately after defrosting.<br />
4 Arrange the food in the oven as shown below:<br />
