On the 14th <strong>in</strong>st., from the person of Robert<br />

Pearson while drunk at William Joyce's premises,<br />

Fremantle,—cheque drawn by the Jarrahdale Timber<br />

Company, on the National Bank, Perth, favor of*<br />

Robert Pearson or bearer, amount £4, cheque wr<br />

£\ 9s., two .£1 bank notes, and about 20s. <strong>in</strong> silijer.<br />

On IOth <strong>in</strong>st.. from a storeroom at the Jarrahdale<br />

Inn, Bunbury road,—5 bottles brandy, La Grande<br />

Marque and Maltese Cross on labels, 3 bottles g<strong>in</strong>.<br />

tomcat brand on bottle, 1 bottle Lome's Highland<br />

whiskey, and one ham, the property of Ed war<br />

alias T<strong>in</strong>ey, and William Bearden, t.L, Reg. <strong>No</strong>.<br />

Between the 14th June and 6th August, 1881,<br />

from Coromen, Youndeg<strong>in</strong> district,—a quantity of^<br />

sandalwood branded L, the property of R. B. Leakey'<br />

Robert Wilson, exp., late 6766, and Robert Carter,<br />

On or about the 24th ult., from the " Rose and<br />

Crown" hotel, Buubury,—one light tweed coat<br />
