Based on Mastervolt’s experience, know how and ongoing development<br />
the SunMaster CS provides you with a very high effi ciency of more<br />
than 98%. The improved Optima Cooling system guarantees effi cient<br />
functioning of the inverter and low sound levels. For outdoor mounting<br />
the SunMaster CS is equipped with an IP65 sealed electronics<br />
compartment to provide optimal protection against water and dust.<br />
A clear, graphical display with 365 day datalogger informs you about<br />
performance and historical data.<br />
Quick installation, easy maintenance<br />
The SunMaster CS comes with a waterproof AC plug for quick and<br />
fl exible installation. The integrated handles assist you to move the CS<br />
with great ease and assure simple installation. The rubber feet on the<br />
bottom protect the connections when the inverter is placed on the<br />
fl oor. A mounting bracket for quick wall mounting is also included.<br />
Once the SunMaster CS is installed it requires very little maintenance.<br />
The fan module is removable for easy cleaning; the communication<br />
drawer is fully removable for easy wiring.<br />
Flexible and compatible<br />
The SunMaster CS is compatible with any type of PV module and with<br />
amorphous and thin-fi lm solutions using optional transformers when<br />
required. The CS15TL, CS20TL and CS30TL models are equipped<br />
with two independent MPP trackers for maximum output as well as the<br />
fl exibility required for multi orientation or when the solar panels are in<br />
the shade.<br />
Reactive Power settings<br />
Depending on local regulations, energy companies increasingly insist<br />
on the supply of reactive power. With a specifi c setting on the display,<br />
Mastervolt inverters are fully prepared for this.<br />

Options<br />
Complete series of string boxes<br />
The strings are connected in a string box,<br />
which is installed between the PV array and<br />
the SunMaster CS inverter. The high DC<br />
loads and currents require top quality and<br />
safe components. The varistors in the<br />
StringMaster reduce the risk of lightning<br />
strike damage to the PV array, cables and<br />
inverter. The advanced StringMaster SW<br />
Pro version also offers individual electronic<br />
current measurements for each string.<br />
String errors, such as incorrect polarity<br />
or low currents, are automatically<br />
detected by the system. These are then<br />
communicated to the SunMaster CS<br />
inverter, where they are immediately<br />
displayed.<br />

CS IT20 isolation transformer<br />
Manufacturers require certain thin fi lm<br />
and back contact crystalline PV panels<br />
to be earthed on the DC side.<br />
The CS IT20 isolation transformer applies<br />
these panels in the best possible way in<br />
combination with the CS15TL and CS20TL<br />
inverters. The use of high-quality materials<br />
ensures an excellent output, while the<br />
offl ine function reduces night consumption<br />
to zero. The robust IP54 casing is suitable<br />
for outside installation and fi tted with a<br />
regulated fan with an easily replaceable<br />
fi lter. The enclosure consists of several<br />
individually removable parts that block<br />
the hoisting eye from view and simplify<br />
installation while keeping cables and<br />
clamps easily accessible.<br />

Why a separate string box?<br />
• The IP65 string boxes are developed in accordance with HD60364-7-712<br />
and EN60439-1, and come with clear safety instructions.<br />
• Safe and practical solution; the string box allows you to switch the<br />
PV modules on and off at close range.<br />
• Saves labour and material costs by reducing up to twelve strings<br />
to only two.<br />
• Equipped with high quality components such as a 1000 V DC switch &<br />
reliable 16 mm 2 connections, and placed in a fully assembled enclosure<br />
with coupling nuts.<br />
