What if I am not happy with any decision made about my<br />

You have the right to request a review after any decision made about your <strong>South</strong><br />
<strong>Derbyshire</strong> <strong>Homefinder</strong> application. You will be able to do this by writing to the<br />
Housing Operations Manager, Housing Services,<br />
<strong>South</strong> <strong>Derbyshire</strong> <strong>District</strong> <strong>Council</strong>, Civic Offices, Civic Way,<br />
Swadlincote, DE11 0AH<br />
You have to do this within 21 calendar days of receiving our written decision. In<br />
certain circumstances we may allow you longer than 21 days to request a review<br />
but you must inform us of your intention to request a review within the 21 day<br />
period.<br />
